The role provides telemedicine patient care focused on obesity treatment and comprehensive diabetes management, including insulin titration, CGM and insulin pump therapy, complex co-morbidity care, advanced treatment planning, and collaboration with advanced practice providers and dietitians. It requires an MD or DO, ABIM Endocrinology certification, a valid US medical license, Medicare opt-in, and at least two years of relevant clinical experience or an accredited fellowship.
