Gastro Health is hiring a full-time Endoscopy Nurse Lead for its outpatient endoscopy center in Fairfax, Virginia. The role provides direct patient care during colonoscopy and endoscopy procedures, including admission assessments, IV moderate-sedation monitoring, procedure-room preparation and flow, patient discharge, and post-anesthesia care. The position requires a current Virginia RN license, at least two years of RN experience, BLS and ACLS certification, and offers recovery-room and IV skills as a plus. Compensation is $38–$42 per hour for RNs, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and disability benefits.
