Gastro Health is hiring a full-time Endoscopy RN Lead for its outpatient endoscopy team in Reston/Fairfax, Virginia. The role provides direct nursing care for colonoscopy and endoscopy procedures, including admission assessments, IV moderate-sedation monitoring, patient preparation and discharge, post-anesthesia care, documentation, patient education, sterile-environment maintenance, and procedure-room flow. The lead also trains and mentors staff, supports AAAHC accreditation preparation, manages staffing schedules and inventory, and collaborates with physicians and the healthcare team. Candidates must hold a current Virginia RN license, have at least two years of RN experience, and possess BLS and ACLS certification; recovery-room experience and IV skills are preferred.
