Description
The Endoscopy Technician provides technical and clinical support to physicians and nursing staff during endoscopic procedures. Responsibilities include preparing procedure rooms and patients, maintaining and reprocessing endoscopic equipment, assisting with procedures, collecting and transporting specimens, completing documentation, and following infection prevention and regulatory requirements. The role requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, attention to detail, teamwork, and patient safety skills.
