Description
The Endoscopy Technician I assists with delegated direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse and/or physician in an endoscopy setting. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, processing endoscopy procedural equipment, and turning over procedure rooms. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, familiarity with digestive and respiratory disease processes, communication and basic computer skills, and Basic Life Support certification valid for at least 90 days from the start date. Medical Assistant or GI Technical Specialist experience is preferred. The position pays $20.46–$28.25 per hour and is full-time, with a Monday–Friday day schedule and no weekends or call.
