Description
Datacom is hiring an Endpoint Engineering Team Leader to lead Endpoint Engineers and application packagers across its Australian offices in Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, and Brisbane. The role manages resource planning, team performance, SLAs, customer expectations, complex technical problems, systems capabilities, hardware and software maintenance, and technical mentoring. Candidates need extensive IT industry experience, at least three years in Endpoint Engineering management, a managed service provider background, and expertise in ITIL, ITSM, SOE methodologies, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365 Cloud PC, Intune, SCCM, Active Directory Group Policy, and PowerShell. Australian citizenship and the ability to obtain an NV1 are required, with possible after-hours, weekend, onsite, and remote work.
