OSS Health is hiring a full-time Endpoint Management Technician to deploy, configure, patch, image, and troubleshoot computers and mobile devices for staff and clinicians. The role supports endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune and PDQ, maintains device inventory and documentation, applies security and HIPAA-compliant updates, and provides basic end-user hardware and software support. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree in IT or a related field is preferred, along with basic Windows, troubleshooting, communication, and healthcare IT experience or interest.
