Description

Ramp is hiring an Endpoint Security Engineer to architect and automate secure endpoint management across macOS, Windows, and BYOD mobile devices. The role focuses on MDM policy as code, patch automation, software distribution, fleet telemetry, managed browser and extension policy, and endpoint escalations, while partnering with IT, SecOps, and engineering teams. Candidates should have deep macOS security experience, strong Terraform and GitOps fundamentals, enterprise Google Workspace knowledge, and a perspective on agentic AI's impact on corporate security.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Deep macOS security experience with Jamf Pro, FleetDM, or equivalent MDM at scale
Strong infrastructure-as-code and GitOps experience with Terraform, remote state, and CI pipelines
Working knowledge of Google Workspace in a managed enterprise environment, including Chrome Browser Cloud Management and extension policy enforcement
Preferred Qualifications: Experience shipping open source endpoint and device management tooling
Experience building automated progressive rollout systems based on fleet telemetry
Experience managing a mixed macOS, Windows, and mobile fleet with depth on at least one platform
Experience applying AI to real operational problems
