TaskUs is hiring an EUC Solutions Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable, secure, and efficient end-user computing solutions for a high-volume BPO environment. The role covers EUC strategy, virtual desktop infrastructure, endpoint and device management, identity and access controls, security and compliance, automation, troubleshooting, and proof-of-concept initiatives. Candidates need 15 years of overall experience, 3–4 years of EUC architecture experience, knowledge of major EUC and endpoint-management products, and expertise in ITIL, incident and change management; a bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, computer science, or a related field is also required.
