Hexnode, the Enterprise software division of Mitsogo Inc., is looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric Endpoint System Engineer (3+ Years) to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will engage with clients to understand their device management challenges, IT infrastructure, security requirements, and long-term goals. They will diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to Hexnode's product, escalate complex issues, and provide product training. The role requires excellent communication, strong problem-solving abilities, and technical aptitude.
