Description
The Senior Associate Platform L2 supports and maintains the Endur platform, providing Level 2 support, troubleshooting configurations, workflows, and integrations, monitoring system health and data integrity, implementing enhancements and upgrades, documenting processes, and conducting root-cause analysis. The role collaborates with trading, risk, operations, developers, and infrastructure teams and requires at least five years of Endur support, implementation, or maintenance experience, along with knowledge of Endur architecture, scripting, SQL, database management, and energy trading and risk management.
