Description
The Director, Enduring Programs Deputy serves as the deputy to the Vice President of Enduring Programs, overseeing multiple classified and unclassified programs from inception through completion. The role manages program strategy, technical solutions, cost and schedule performance, customer and government stakeholder relationships, contract negotiations, proposals, budgets, milestones, and the work of technical, manufacturing, and administrative employees. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, at least 20 years of aerospace and defense experience, major-program leadership experience, and a US DoD TOP SECRET/SCI clearance; the full-time salary range is $195,000 to $350,000.
