Description
This fully on-site process engineering role owns, supports, and continuously improves energetic material manufacturing processes, from dry blending to chemical synthesis of initiating explosives. The engineer leads Process Safety Management activities, supports production and new product development, applies statistical process control and structured root-cause methods, maintains technical documentation, works directly with operators and cross-functional teams, and supports equipment implementation, process changes, scale-up, and product introduction at a Chandler, Arizona facility.
