Description
Franklin Energy is hiring an Energy Advisor to provide energy-efficiency advice, customer coordination, sales and outreach, site opportunity identification, incentive and rebate assistance, and installation support for utility customers. The role combines field work with office time, includes technical discussions of lighting, HVAC, hot water, insulation, and air sealing, requires data entry and reporting, and involves collaboration with trade partners, program managers, and energy engineers. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3–5 years of relevant utility, facilities, HVAC, lighting, conservation, or energy-management experience, 2–3 years of energy efficiency or energy modeling experience, customer-facing experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, communication and analytical skills, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license.
