Franklin Energy is hiring an Energy Auditor I to provide energy-efficiency assessments and direct-installation services for small business tenants, building owners, and utility customers. The role involves identifying electric and natural-gas savings opportunities, installing efficiency measures such as LED lamps, faucet aerators, thermostats, and hot-water devices, explaining findings and rebates, documenting opportunities, entering project data, delivering presentations, and supporting inventory, warehouse, and fleet safety activities. The position requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, BPI Fundamentals or higher, relevant building, HVAC, or energy-efficiency experience, strong communication and data-entry skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel up to 75%.
