Franklin Energy is hiring an Energy Auditor I to provide energy-efficiency assessments and direct-install services for small business tenants, building owners, and utility customers. The role involves identifying natural gas and electric savings opportunities, installing efficiency products, explaining findings and rebates, entering project data, preparing reports, promoting utility programs, and maintaining inventory and fleet safety. Candidates need an associate degree or equivalent experience, BPI Fundamentals or above, relevant building, HVAC, insulation, or energy-efficiency experience, strong communication and data-entry skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel up to 75%.
