Electrogrup is hiring an Energy Bidding Manager to coordinate bidding-team activities for energy-sector projects, organize resources, analyze tender documentation, develop technical and commercial solutions, negotiate commercial and contractual terms, monitor department performance, transfer awarded projects to operational teams, prepare reports, and support direct reports. The role requires higher education in energy, 5–7 years of experience in bidding, estimating, or commercial management, knowledge of energy bidding and contracting processes, advanced English, strong MS Office and Excel skills, and strong communication and negotiation abilities.
