The Deputy Program Manager oversees the development, administration, and monitoring of federally funded programs and projects, ensuring eligibility, compliance, documentation, federal reporting, procurement, construction, and eligibility standards. The role manages agency spending and project progress, coordinates with client agencies and senior program staff, supports client service, and leads Team Leads and Case Managers. A bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience with state and local governments are required, along with Microsoft Office and project management software proficiency. The California salary range is $90,000 to $125,000.
