Piedmont Service Group is looking for an experienced Energy Development Manager to drive growth in their Energy & Sustainability Services (ESS) business. This role involves working with sales teams to identify and develop energy-driven HVAC, controls, infrastructure, and capital improvement projects. The manager will leverage technical credibility, business development, financial analysis, and project-development leadership to create hybrid energy savings projects, expand HVAC control modernization, and support capital replacement initiatives.
