Energy Director at McAdams

McAdams is hiring an Energy Director to lead the execution of its 2026 Energy Strategy across Texas, growing revenue and market share while building multidisciplinary energy teams. The role covers strategic growth, utility and renewable-energy relationships, team recruitment and leadership, project delivery, safety, financial performance, and major energy initiatives. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, at least 10 years of energy-sector experience with demonstrated business development success, established utility and renewable-energy relationships, cross-functional team management experience, and strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; PE licensure in Florida and Texas is highly preferred.
