Veolia is hiring an Energy Efficiency Analyst for its Hubgrade in Madrid to review KPI reporting, budgets, and LExx updates; calculate and report energy-improvement measures; analyze and improve energy-contract performance; configure contracts in Esight and IDBOx; and provide technical support to Delegations. The role is permanent, follows a Monday–Thursday and Friday schedule with one day of remote work per week, and offers health insurance and other flexible benefits. Applicants need at least two years of experience as an energy efficiency contract analyst, a degree in energy, industrial, or electrical engineering or a similar field, and a driver's license; English B2, a master's degree, CMVP or CEM qualifications, and occasional travel are preferred.
