&ENSA is hiring an Energy Efficiency Expert to support sustainable building retrofits in Berlin and Cologne. The role manages retrofit projects, analyzes energy demand and CO2 emissions, conducts life-cycle assessments, develops retrofit concepts, performs on-site inspections, evaluates technical and economic feasibility, supports funding applications, and collaborates with planning and digital teams. Candidates need a relevant degree, at least ten years of energy consulting experience, additional energy-efficiency training, German C1 communication skills, and familiarity with Hottgenroth or comparable software and Excel. The position offers hybrid work in Berlin or Cologne, with remote work options and regional travel.
