Description
Franklin Energy is hiring an energy efficiency field representative to serve homeowners, landlords, building owners, and utility customers. The role combines field and office work, including installing energy-saving products, promoting energy-efficiency programs, advising customers on electric and gas system improvements, developing business, managing customer and trade ally relationships, preparing site opportunity documentation and reports, entering project data, supporting rebate applications, and delivering presentations. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 1–2 years of relevant utility, facilities, HVAC, lighting, energy management, sales, or related experience, Microsoft Office and database skills, strong communication and analytical abilities, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license.
