Description
Franklin Energy is hiring an energy efficiency installation and field services professional who travels to residential and small commercial customer appointments to install energy-saving equipment, explain incentive programs, perform weatherization and safety testing support, maintain records and inventory, and inspect assigned vehicles. The role requires a high school diploma, 1–3 years of relevant technical installation experience, 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience, strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office and data-entry proficiency, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel up to 95%.
