Resource Innovations is hiring an Energy Efficiency Program Coordinator in Des Moines, Iowa, to support utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs. The role handles customer service, troubleshooting, data entry, rebate and application documentation, contractor coordination, compliance support, and cross-department communication. It requires an 8-hour 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time shift, at least two years of customer service and data entry experience, Microsoft proficiency, and strong organization and communication skills. A bachelor’s degree and experience with energy efficiency, sustainability, project coordination, or utility-sponsored rebate programs are preferred. The position pays $19 to $22 per hour and includes medical, dental, and vision coverage.
