Description
CLEAResult is hiring an Energy Efficiency Technician for the greater Metro Detroit area. The role represents the company and utility client on-site with residential customers, educates customers on energy waste reduction, installs basic energy-efficient equipment, inspects homes for insulation, air sealing, and HVAC conditions, and recommends energy-saving improvements. It is a remote field role within a defined territory, with a four-day, 10-hour workweek, company van, no overnight travel, and scheduled customer appointments. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, a clean driving record, computer skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to perform physical field work; relevant industry experience and BPI certification are preferred.
