Eversource is hiring one regular Energy Efficiency Engineer to provide technical analysis, advice, and support for electric and natural gas energy efficiency projects. The role develops program and implementation plans, performs energy savings analysis, reviews engineering standards and energy codes, supports equipment inspections, collaborates with customers and third parties, provides training, and evaluates new technologies. Candidates need a baccalaureate degree in engineering, at least three years of relevant engineering or related technical experience, and knowledge of building systems, energy codes, and office software; an advanced degree and relevant professional credentials are desirable. The position offers a hybrid schedule, with at least three office days including Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and an annual salary range of $108,110 to $120,120.
