Description
The Energy Foreman will supervise boiler operations and ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant performance in Guyong, Sta. Maria, Bulacan. The role oversees manpower scheduling, daily maintenance coordination, boiler performance monitoring, troubleshooting, corrective actions, operational reporting, and coordination with Maintenance and Production teams. Applicants need a licensed engineering qualification, preferably mechanical engineering, at least 2–3 years of relevant experience including 2 years in boiler operations, boiler-system knowledge, data-analysis and reporting ability, and strong leadership and communication skills.
