PohlCon is hiring an Energy Manager (m/f/d) in Berlin to manage and improve energy performance across national sites, support energy-saving measures, advise the energy team, handle cost-benefit calculations, communicate with authorities, and contribute to renewable-energy and CO²-reduction strategies. The role requires a degree in energy and environmental engineering or a comparable technical field, ISO 50001 training, German language skills, and willingness to travel approximately 8–9 days per quarter. The annual gross salary is €55,700 to €57,700, with an open-ended employment contract and additional benefits.
