Energy Exemplar is seeking an Energy Market Analyst to join their EMEA Solutions team. The role involves becoming a subject matter expert in European energy markets, leading projects to deliver energy market models and implementing PLEXOS software, and supporting business development by generating thought leadership and assisting the sales team. The analyst will utilize fundamental market modelling tools, portfolio optimization models, and scripting skills for automation, focusing on forecasting energy prices, optimizing trading strategies, and evaluating disruptive technologies. This is a customer-facing role requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.
