Description
The Energy Marshal is an assurance role at Soben, an award-winning construction consultancy. This role ensures that vendors' and contractors' Energy Isolation Programs meet or exceed safety policy requirements, based on SPS-101 Energy Isolation SPS and Guidebook. The marshal establishes and manages an assurance process, participates in High-Risk Activity planning meetings, and works with the Authorizing Energy Marshal to create an Energy Isolation Permit process. The role also involves reviewing work statements, methods of procedure, and scripts to identify energy sources, determining LOTO requirements, and ensuring personnel qualifications and training. Soben aims to expand to 1000 people globally by 2030 and is looking for someone to contribute to their growth in the LATAM & NA region.
