Winthrop Technologies is hiring an Energy Marshall in Finland to manage the overall energy isolation program for MEP systems at a data centre site. The role oversees safe energisation and de-energisation of low-, medium-, and high-voltage systems, develops control strategies and switching plans, coordinates energy control meetings and energisation milestones, manages permits and LOTO compliance, trains staff and subcontractors, and supports commissioning of UPS, generators, switchgear, and critical cooling systems. Candidates need an electrical engineering degree or equivalent, 7–10 years of experience on high-voltage or large-scale electrical projects, and expertise in electrical distribution, switching, protection, testing, commissioning, and electrical safety.
