The Energy Performance Advisor assesses the energy performance of new-build homes and commercial projects, performs calculations according to applicable standards, substantiates findings, and advises clients on technically and financially feasible measures. The role involves consulting with architects, installers, and clients, monitoring relevant laws and regulations, and working within a team of advisors in Nunspeet. Candidates need higher professional education in construction or building services engineering, strong numerical and analytical skills, good communication, a category B driver's license, and fluent Dutch; knowledge of energy performance calculations is an advantage, and living near the employer is preferred.
