Description
The Government Program Senior Manager oversees the development, administration, monitoring, compliance, reporting, procurement, and budgeting of federally funded programs and projects. The role directs complex programs, supervises grant managers, quality control specialists, case management and administrative staff, and project managers, and serves as a liaison with government officials and external stakeholders. It requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration, political science, or finance, at least five years of state and local government experience, cross-functional team management experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
