Description
ABM is hiring an Energy Development Engineer to identify, assess, and develop guaranteed energy efficiency, renewable energy, and other energy savings capital improvement projects. The role screens and qualifies opportunities, conducts site assessments and energy audits, performs preliminary engineering and measurements, coordinates vendors and contractors, manages technical scope and project budgets, conducts technical due diligence, and supports project implementation. Candidates need 5–10 years of facility or energy-management experience, EPC development experience, building-systems knowledge, energy-analysis and measurement-verification skills, and an undergraduate mechanical or electrical engineering or construction-related degree. The position pays $140,000–$145,000 annually and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
