PSE is hiring an Energy Resources Consultant to advise utilities, developers, and energy organizations on power supply strategy, energy markets, procurement, and distributed energy solutions. The role combines client engagement, business development, RFP and contract support, ISO/RTO market analysis, integrated resource planning, financial and economic modeling, and feasibility evaluations for battery energy storage and virtual power plant initiatives. It is a hybrid position based in Madison, Wisconsin or Arden Hills, Minnesota, and requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field plus 10+ years of experience in electric utility consulting, power supply planning, energy markets, or distributed energy project development.
