OnSite Partners is seeking an Energy Solutions Development Engineer (Distributed Generation) to support the design, feasibility assessment, conceptual design, cost estimation, and technical documentation of behind-the-meter distributed generation projects. The role partners with project developers and business development teams, evaluates design trade-offs, manages project risks, and helps advance opportunities through customer meetings and presentations. Candidates need 3–5 years of engineering or related experience, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, chemical, or a related engineering field, business acumen, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer-aided design.
