Description
Mortenson is hiring a Lean Engineer to support Battery Energy Storage project teams with kaizen-based continuous improvement, 5S, flow construction, safety, process streamlining, and project-outcome improvement. The role partners with project leadership and workforce, facilitates improvement events, supports onsite continuous improvement and work management, and helps crews implement standardized work and one-piece flow. It is 50% remote and 50% travel, requires a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, and offers a base salary of $78,800 to $98,500 plus incentive eligibility.
