Description
Mortenson is hiring a Lean Manager to support the Battery Energy Storage Solutions Group and project teams by establishing Lean Innovation agendas, developing project standard work, coaching continuous improvement, supporting Kaizen and 5S initiatives, measuring performance, and building relationships with project and field leaders. The role is 50% remote and 50% travel, requires at least six years of construction or manufacturing experience and three years of continuous improvement experience, and offers a base pay range of $100,100 to $150,200 plus incentive eligibility.
