Arcadis is hiring an Energy Systems Specialist to develop, expand, and optimize electrical infrastructure for the energy transition. The role covers low-, medium-, and high-voltage system design and analysis, grid calculations, electrification, grid connections, grid reinforcement, technical specifications, and coordination of subprojects and junior colleagues. Candidates need an HBO/WO degree in electrical or energy engineering, 3–5 years of relevant experience, knowledge of relevant software and Dutch standards, and strong Dutch and English skills.
