Rel is hiring a Project Manager in the Energy Transition to deliver multiple complex, multi-year projects for municipalities and other stakeholders under the National Insulation Program and related energy-poverty initiatives. The role manages project direction, time, quality, budget, documentation, stakeholder communication, progress reporting, and resident engagement, using Asana and Salesforce. It requires at least three years of project management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and an affinity with sustainability or the energy transition. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €3,800 to €4,900, hybrid work after the first year, and other benefits.
