Description
Zania is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead engineering end-to-end, including architecture, hiring, shipping cadence, team culture, product quality, reliability, and security. The role will scale the engineering team from approximately five to 15–20 engineers in 12 months, partner with the CEO on product direction, and architect LLM orchestration, agentic workflows, and compliance automation for enterprise scale. Candidates should be hands-on technical leaders with AI/ML or agentic-systems experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, and at least 8 years of software engineering experience, including 3 years in technical leadership or founding engineering at a product-led company.
