Description
Magna Cosma is hiring a Die Casting Process Engineer for a double-day shift in a Tier 1 automotive supplier environment. The role leads die-casting process improvement, defect diagnosis, KPIV and DOE work, PFMEA and OEE initiatives, process documentation, troubleshooting, new-product launches, and coaching of team members. It requires proficiency with Microsoft packages, Lean manufacturing, root-cause analysis, HPDC KPIV identification, and related process-engineering skills; mechanical engineering, ABB, APQP, PPAP, and metallurgy experience are desirable. The position is regular/permanent.
