Description
Lucet is hiring an Engagement Coordinator to reach out to active insured members, schedule annual wellness and benefit exams, coordinate appointments, provide member guidance, and document interactions. The role uses outbound calling through a Progressive dialer, manages high volumes of calls, emails, chats, and texts, and requires a high school diploma, healthcare or outbound customer-experience experience, medical terminology knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and dialer experience. Compensation is $17.95–$19.15 per hour plus a discretionary quarterly incentive, with medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits. The position is primarily remote from a fixed home workspace, with a Monday–Friday schedule of 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. or 9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. EST.
