Description
The HomeGoods Store Manager leads frontline customer service, customer loyalty initiatives, associate training and mentoring, register operations, cash controls, break coordination, paperwork audits, merchandising, safety, and loss-prevention standards. The role requires flexible evening and weekend availability, strong customer service and interpersonal skills, the ability to train others and handle money, and preferably retail or supervisory experience. The position is based at the HomeGoods store in Flagstaff, Arizona, with a starting pay range of USD $19.35 to $19.85 per hour.
