Splendido at Rancho Vistoso in Tucson, Arizona, is hiring a full-time, hourly Engagement Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and deliver resident programs, events, wellness experiences, and community communications. The role supports resident participation, committees, special events, technology use, resident engagement, and collaboration with staff, families, volunteers, and independent contractors. Candidates need a relevant college degree or at least two years of related experience, strong communication and customer-service skills, and the ability to use technology and A/V systems.
