Description
Avathon is hiring an Engagement Director to lead the commercial health, executive relationships, strategic outcomes, and delivery governance of its largest and most complex customer engagements. The role owns multiple concurrent strategic accounts, cross-functional FDE teams, engagement P&L, renewal and expansion opportunities, executive business reviews, value realization, and client advocacy. It requires extensive enterprise technology delivery and senior engagement leadership experience, with work based in Pleasanton, California, or Austin, Texas, and travel of up to 80%.
