Description

Zencity is hiring an Engagement Expert to own post-sale customer implementations, onboarding, platform configuration, client training, recurring survey and content delivery, and adoption tracking for local government and public safety clients. The role requires 5+ years of customer-facing implementation or delivery experience in B2B SaaS, strong project management, technical product configuration, government domain knowledge, analytical ability, and confident stakeholder management. It is a hybrid London-based role with 25% travel and a base salary of £45,000–£55,000 per year.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 5 years of customer-facing implementation, onboarding, or delivery experience in B2B SaaS.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with NLP, machine-learning products, or data analytics platforms.
Familiarity with government community engagement, communications, or public safety workflows.
Experience using Monday.com or similar project management tools and Planhat, Gainsight, or similar customer success platforms.
Experience using AI tools to improve delivery.
Confidence delivering training, leading working sessions, and managing stakeholders at different levels.
