The Engagement Lead will manage relationships with enterprise-level clients, understand their needs, and align them with cloud solutions. The role involves developing trust, expanding relationships, advising on best practices, leading internal teams, ensuring timely delivery, resolving issues, and generating new sales. The ideal candidate should have experience in engagement/project management, sales, and cloud-based technologies like Anaplan, OneStream, Oracle, or SAP. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required.
