The role involves leading analytical work, developing executive-ready narratives and data visualizations, facilitating client workshops, and supporting business development while coaching junior team members. The position requires 5+ years of post-graduate consulting experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with BI tools and Excel; it is a hybrid role based in Chicago with travel requirements and offers a base salary of $158,000 to $237,000 plus bonus.
